Needs Met

These are reports on some specific needs in the ministry which we asked you to pray for God to move in provision for these needs. All of these needs have been met within 4-5 months of our posting them here, on this page!

Here is the report:

- Our airfare, for the whole family to fly back to Bulgaria, is $2,500 - we need to raise this amount. (This need was met for most of the amount through an anonymous donation as of December 2007. Praise God and thanks to the generous donors!)

- We have some specific needs regarding our move from our current  iin the capital to the smaller town in NW Bulgaria, which will take about $1,000, including finding and a place to call a home there.

- We don’t have a car for ministry/family purposes. It will take $5-7,000 to buy a dependable second hand vehicle. (This need was met through generous specific donations of some of our supporters and in March 2008 Viktor was able to purchase a 9 year old Ford Galaxy from Germany which has been an excellent and spacious enough car for the ministry and our family. The total cost was about $8,000. Praise God, yet again!)

- Our budget for the Freedom for All web site is $500 at four issues a year - $2,000. We are at this point supporting this work from our own finances as much as we can. Viktor and Nevena, the coordinator, receive no salary for this work. We actually pay out of pocket for the author’s fees and have found a volunteer web master (praise the Lord!). Our plan is to translate the web site in English which will be an additional $2,500. (Viktor was able to raise twice the amount from friends before we left to go back to Bulgaria. Praise God and many thanks to the generous donors. Please pray for more finances since the amount cannot meet the increased costs of quality translation.)
